The „center of the house“ is the spacious living room area with an open kitchen floor plan and the bar top. The interior colors are mainly white, light and elegant.

All French doors in the living room are opening the house towards to the covert porch and the pool which give you a light-flooded atmosphere.

While swimming in the pool you have a great view on the bayou and you can enjoy the relaxing silence of this cul-de-sac-waterway. Awesome! On the boat dock you can relax while fishing. Or you enjoy the sun and the natural silence at this special place.

One more word about the Bayou (canal) at the North tip of Anna Maria Island. It is a natural waterway with access to the deep waters of Tampa Bay. This is the place where Manatees stay during summer times. They often visit the shoreline because several neighbors “feed” them with fresh water.

You also can watch fish and watch many tropical birds. The beautiful natural mangrove shoreline is protected by law.
