Sales and Tourist Tax - 12 %
Florida sales Tax of 8 % and Manatee County Tax of 4 % is collected on the total rental amount.

Balance of Rent, Security and Sales Tax
The rent plus 12 % tax is due 15 days prior to arrival.
Seasons:
High season: Eastern/Christmas/Memorial Day/ 4th of July
Season: 01.01. - 31.08. and 1.10. -21.12.
Low season: 01.09. - 30.09.
Security Deposit:
With the security deposit of $ 500 you confirm your reservation. It must be received within 7 days of making a reservation.

Easy and very convenient is the booking possibility thru FewoDirect/VRBO/HomeAway with secure and direct payment.

You will receive a rental agreement from us. We ask you to return it signed within 7 days together with the deposit of $/€ 500, - to us. The deposit serves as security and will only be redeemed if canceled less than 30 days before the rental date or self-inflicted damages in or on the house / inventory and then settled. You will receive the deposit immediately after the end of your holiday.

The total price in the rental agreement must be transferred to the account of the property management company Green Real Estate on Anna Maria Island 4 weeks prior your arrival. By arrangement, you can also pay cash at the office of our property management at Green Real Estate.
Key collection is also provided by the local property management on Anna Maria Island.

Cancellation Policy:
In case of any cancellation we have to charge:
- 12 weeks prior arrival date: 65% of the rent
- 60 days prior arrival date: 85% of the rent
- If cancellation is less than 60 days prior arrival date no refund will be made unless the house is re-rented for lease period.
